Proposed Architectural Guidelines for Installation of Drought Tolerant Front Yards

The Board of Directors is proposing the addition of Landscape Design Guidelines to the Governing Documents of the Association.
Text of the proposed rule: The complete text of the proposed guidelines can be seen by clicking HERE.
Purpose and Effect of the Proposed Rule Changes: The guidelines define the procedures that Members of Association must follow when submitting an application for landscape changes to their front yard with drought tolerant plant material and/or artificial turf.
Notice of Meeting of the Board of Directors to Consider Adoption of the Proposed Rule Change:
The Board of Directors will hold a meeting to consider the adoption of the proposed guidelines as indicated below. The Board of Directors intends to make its decision at this meeting following consideration of any member comments.

The Board of Directors is looking for volunteers to help with the governance of the Association by becoming involved in the following committees; Architectural Committee, "New" Finance Committee and the "New" CC&R Revision Committee.
There is one seat open on the Architectural Committee as well as open seats on the Finance and CC&R Revision Committee.
Please contact Community Manager, Suzi Harris, if you have interest in being involved or would like additional information on the above-mentioned Committees.
